Job Overview
Prestige Realty is looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our growing real estate team. This is a 100% commission-based role with high earning potential, ideal for individuals who are performance-driven and want control over their income.
No prior experience is required—training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle property enquiries from buyers and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and site visits
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Negotiate and close sales or rental deals
- Source and manage property listings
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry
- Basic proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Must be comfortable with a commission-only income structure
