This is a highly confidential search for a dynamic leader ready to thrive in a fast-paced, sophisticated environment.

The Role

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-concept dining outlets. This role offers executive visibility and a clear pathway to Associate Vice President (AVP) level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Outlet Operations: Lead daily operations across multiple F&B brands, ensuring service excellence, brand consistency, and profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and manage 100–200 staff, including Outlet Managers and Supervisors, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  • Financial Management: Drive profitability by managing budgets, labor costs, and operational expenses while reporting KPIs to executive leadership.
  • Strategic Growth: Analyze sales, guest feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue and service improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–8 years in F&B management, with proven success in multi-outlet operations.
  • Background: Hotel F&B operations, reputable Chinese chain restaurants, or established Western dining groups preferred.
  • Team Scale: Direct leadership of 100–200 staff.
  • Languages: Professional fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership, conflict resolution, and adaptability in high-volume environments.
