The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

The Cross Border team at Shopee empowers sellers from all over the world to sell into the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region. The team helps sellers to market their products across multiple markets and provide enabling services such as cross border logistics, operations, payments, product related services, overseas warehouse fulfillment and business intelligence. Job Description:
  • Support sourcing, procurement, and onboarding of logistics service providers and vendors.
  • Assist in RFQ/RFP exercises, rate benchmarking, quotation analysis, and contract documentation.
  • Support solution design activities by gathering business requirements, analysing operational data, and preparing cost models.
  • Assist in evaluating logistics options and recommending solutions based on service, cost, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor logistics performance, analyse KPIs, and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Support project implementation and coordination with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business analyses to support decision-making.

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, freight forwarding, contract logistics, or e-commerce operations.
  • Exposure to logistics procurement, transportation management, warehousing, or logistics operations is preferred.
  • Experience supporting project implementation, cost analysis, or process improvement initiatives is an advantage.
