Production Executive jobs in Selangor

• Ensure overall production activities at Dispensing and Solution Manufacturing System (SMS) sections in meeting quality, productivity, targets, yield, cost and customer’s satisfaction.
• Adhere to GMP compliance at all times and responsible for GMP-related matters on-premise, cleanliness, quality of product and equipment.
• To be able to supervise and lead subordinates in the assigned respective Production sections.
• To be responsible for data key in on SAP for all approved Process Orders (POs) based on monthly production schedule.
• To ensure facilities and equipment in dispensing and SMS areas are well-maintained.
• To enforce safety working practices to all staff and contractors working in dispensary and SMS areas.
• To supervise activities associated with dispensing and SMS areas as well as Production areas.
• To ensure all equipment in dispensary and SMS areas are calibrated on time.
• To coordinate and participate in relevant validation works pertaining to Production equipment and processes.
• To review and update the Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for Dispensing and SMS areas to ensure they meet current practices and policies.
• To lead with ongoing projects related to Halal Vaccine and Insulin Manufacturing facilities.
• To lead with Bill of Material (BOM) and product routings for New Development Products (NPDs).
• To support Head of Production as and when required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
