CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

We are looking for a candidate to support both purchasing and customer service task. This is a support-level role, suitable for candidates with practical experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from the customers and provide details about the product's knowledge to generate sales
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide the best possible customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and any changes in policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Assist the team and management with any tasks requiring support.
  • To perform other duties assigned from time to time

Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Certificate/Diploma or higher.
  • Preferably with 1 - 2 years experience in related fields is required.
  • FEMALE is preferably.
  • Meticulous, computer literate and competent in Office, AutoCount etc
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, marketing, and strategic planning is an added advantage.
  • Good communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia. (fluent mandarin communication is an advantage)
  • Self-motivated, independent and possess initiative
  • Able to work in Competitive environment

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
