Full job description

  • Support the Country Medical Lead in coordinating day-to-day Medical Operations activities.
  • Assist in maintaining efficient medical operations, processes, and systems across the SEA/Taiwan cluster.
  • Review promotional and medical materials to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including process improvement, quality management, communications, knowledge management, and business reporting.
  • Collaborate with regional and global Medical Operations, Medical Information, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Contribute to innovation projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Medical Operations function.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • PhD, PharmD, Master’s, Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Information, Medical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, or the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, compliance, and medical review processes.
  • Ability to interpret scientific literature and clinical studies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills and business awareness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital and AI tools to improve work efficiency.
