Full job description

a) To report daily to Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and/or General Manager via WhatsApp with photos or other approved methods.

b) Tender collection, prepare tender and attend tender interview.

c) Material sourcing and invite quotation.

d) Taking off quantity for tendering purposes.

e) Prepare L.A for subcontractor.

f) Prepare Main progress claim and Subcontractor’s claim.

g) Site Measurement for Claim and V.O purposes.

h) Attend valuation meeting.

i) Taking off quantity and prepare as built quantity for project.

j) Prepare material reconciliation report for each claim.

k) Prepare bar bending schedule for subcontractor.

l) Prepare material procurement plan indicating quantities and time for ordering.

m) Prepare catalog and sample of material for Consultants approval.

n) Materials requisition to Procurement Department.

o) Any ad hoc duties assign by the management.

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
