Job Overview

Prestige Realty is looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our growing real estate team. This is a 100% commission-based role with high earning potential, ideal for individuals who are performance-driven and want control over their income.

No prior experience is required—training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle property enquiries from buyers and tenants
  • Conduct property viewings and site visits
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Negotiate and close sales or rental deals
  • Source and manage property listings

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate industry
  • Basic proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
