Our client is an asset management and advisory group headquartered in Singapore, they are seeking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Support professional to provide administrative and compliance-related assistance.

Job description:

To support our Finance division, we are seeking a meticulous and energetic individual for the position of Accounts Executive. Our company is based in Singapore.

The role will be home based. You may work from anywhere in Malaysia, during Singapore working hours Mondays to Fridays.

The role will be responsible for the accounting and bookkeeping duties for the Group Companies and our Fund Portfolio.

  • Accounts.
  • Billing.
  • Monthly accounts in accounting system Xero software.
  • Monthly data entry - Fund accounts.
  • Quarterly/annual data entry for regulatory reporting and board meetings.
  • Communication with banks on account maintenance matters.
  • Maintenance of online accounts and invoices filing.
  • Cash book updates.
  • Annual renewal forms - insurance, internet, storage etc.

The Candidate we are looking for:

  • Degree/working experience in Accountancy.
  • Independent, pro-active and pays attention to details.
  • Good written English and grammar.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Xero software would be a plus.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
