Job Description:
We are seeking talented and motivated Research Scientists to join our dynamic team. As a Research Scientist at Huluppu Biosciences, you will play a key role in driving our research and development efforts. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the advancement of our technology platform.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute experiments to support research and development goals.
- Conduct data analysis, interpret results, and present findings to the team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and optimize experimental protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific and technological advancements in the field.
- Contribute to the preparation of scientific publications and patent applications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
- Design and execute Standard Operating Procedures for a production facility consisting of incubators, compressor and bioreactor equipment.
- Navigate local rules and relegation regarding the importation, exportation and registration of microbial-based products.

Qualifications:
- PhD / Masters in Biochemistry, Plant Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, such as isolation and identification, PCR, and molecular cloning.

- Hands-on experience with proteomics work, upstream to downstream. Recombinant Protein expression (E.coli Host), protein assay, inclusion bodies management.
- Proficiency with Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) and/or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data tracking, sample management, and experimental documentation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Demonstrated track record of scientific achievement through publications, presentations, or patents.
