About M Hill Hotel

M Hill Hotel is the newest and most ambitious project by M Boutique Hotel Collective - a homegrown hospitality brand recognised for its design-led spaces, strong brand identity, and creative approach to hospitality.

Scheduled to open in the 1st Quarter of 2027, M Hill Hotel represents our first serious and modern hotel concept - a defining step forward for the brand and for the hospitality landscape of Ipoh.

With 270 Deluxe Rooms, comprehensive banqueting facilities for up to 500 guests, two meeting rooms, a 180-seat all-day dining coffeehouse, and a rooftop specialty restaurant, M Hill is conceived as a new destination for business, events, dining, and contemporary urban stays.

Built with intention, personality, and contemporary sophistication, M Hill will set a new benchmark for urban hospitality in the region.

The Role

We’re Hiring: F&B Manager

M Hill Hotel | M Boutique Hotel Collective | Ipoh, Perak

M Hill Hotel is looking for a passionate, hands-on F&B Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations as we gear up for our opening in April 2027!

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily F&B operations, including dining outlets, restaurant service, and banqueting.
• Develop SOPs, service standards, outlet concepts, and operational plans for pre-opening.
• Drive recruitment, training, and team development to build a high-performing F&B team.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure food quality, menu consistency, and exceptional service.
• Manage budgets, revenue targets, food and beverage costs, inventory, and manpower productivity.
• Uphold premium lifestyle hotel grooming, personal presentation, and service excellence standards through hands-on leadership, coaching, and consistent monitoring.
• Create memorable guest experiences while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant experience managing F&B operations in a hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment.
• Previous experience in an F&B leadership role.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and cost-control skills.
• Good knowledge of service standards, food safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Pre-opening experience will be a strong advantage.
• A guest-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to inspire a team.
