Job Responsibilities

  • Daily Meal Preparation: Responsible for preparing and arranging the boss's daily lunches and dinners.
  • Menu Planning: Design healthy, nutritious, and balanced menus tailored to the boss's dietary preferences, and update dishes regularly.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee grocery purchasing, inspection, and inventory management to ensure ingredients are fresh and safe.
  • Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness in the kitchen and with tableware, adhering rigidly to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Event Catering: Prepare appropriate meals for business entertainment, social gatherings, or casual banquets as required.
  • Flexibility: Adjust dining times and menus in accordance with the boss's ad-hoc arrangements.

Job Requirements

  • Cuisine: No restrictions on culinary style (Chinese, Western, Japanese, Southeast Asian, etc.). Candidates with multi-cuisine experience are preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of chef experience. Prior experience as a personal chef, or in high-end restaurants, hotels, or private clubs is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in home-cooked dishes, while also possessing the capability for fine plating and high-end presentation for business banquets.
  • Nutrition: Familiar with nutritional balance and able to adjust menus for healthy dieting as requested.
  • Attributes: Strong focus on food hygiene, highly responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Personality: Mature, highly discreet with a strong sense of confidentiality, and excellent service awareness.
  • Availability: Able to accept occasional overtime and ad-hoc banquet arrangements.

Working Hours

  • Primarily focused around lunch and dinner times, following a standard 8-hour workday under normal circumstances.
  • Flexibility is required to adjust working hours if there are evening business entertainments, banquets, or special arrangements.

Rest Days

  • 1 day off per week (Fixed on Mondays).

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Skills in baking and dessert making.
  • Ability to prepare healthy meals, light food, or fitness/diet meals.
