Restaurant Cleaning jobs

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping & Cleaning Staff to join our hotel team.

The main responsibility is to ensure hotel rooms and designated areas are clean, tidy, hygienic and ready for the next guest, particularly after guests check out.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare hotel rooms after guest check-out.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors as required.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, sinks and other surfaces.
• Change bed linens, pillowcases, towels and other room amenities.
• Dust and wipe furniture, tables, mirrors and other room areas.
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish toiletries and room supplies.
• Check rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damaged items.
• Ensure rooms are prepared according to hotel standards before the next guest arrives.
• Clean and maintain common areas when required.
• Assist with laundry and housekeeping duties when necessary.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety and housekeeping procedures.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor or hotel management.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience is an advantage.
• No experience? Training will be provided.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
• Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and according to hotel operational requirements.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
