Full job description

  • Excellent customer service must always start with a warm and sincere smile.
  • Process cash, check, and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems.
  • Handling and taking care of Walkie-Talkie, POS and other systems/ electronics appliances.
  • Ensure all workstations are fully stocked up and is operationally ready and all soiled dishes are cleared from the workstations.
  • Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean and properly sanitized. This includes cleaning floor, cleaning utensils, serving equipment and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager
  • Possess working experience in F&B industry (No Pork No Lard)
  • Good interpersonal skills and service skills
  • Team player, positive attitude, good communication skills
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Salary Package/Benefits:

  • Working Days: 5 days’ work week including weekends (45 hours/week, rotating shifts in between 9am – 11pm) may have OT
  • Monthly salary range: Basic salary is up to RM2,600
  • Attendance Allowance: RM100
  • Meal Allowance RM200 & Transport Allowance RM100
  • Variable bonus subject to the company & individual performance
  • Annual Leave start from 12 days
  • Medical & Hospitalization leave
