As an Outlet Crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting guests and assisting them with seating arrangements
  • Presenting menus and providing detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
  • Taking and serving food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
  • Recommending food and beverages based on guest preferences
  • Upselling additional products when appropriate
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by attending to their needs in a courteous and timely manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
