Full job description
- Excellent customer service must always start with a warm and sincere smile.
- Process cash, check, and credit card payments using cash registers and digital systems.
- Handling and taking care of Walkie-Talkie, POS and other systems/ electronics appliances.
- Ensure all workstations are fully stocked up and is operationally ready and all soiled dishes are cleared from the workstations.
- Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean and properly sanitized. This includes cleaning floor, cleaning utensils, serving equipment and maintaining all areas to health code standards.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager
- Possess working experience in F&B industry (No Pork No Lard)
- Good interpersonal skills and service skills
- Team player, positive attitude, good communication skills
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Salary Package/Benefits:
- Working Days: 5 days’ work week including weekends (45 hours/week, rotating shifts in between 9am – 11pm) may have OT
- Monthly salary range: Basic salary is up to RM2,600
- Attendance Allowance: RM100
- Meal Allowance RM200 & Transport Allowance RM100
- Variable bonus subject to the company & individual performance
- Annual Leave start from 12 days
- Medical & Hospitalization leave
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
