  • In-charge of Floor Management coordinating People, Equipment, Product
  • Execute customer service hospitality from open greeting to closed greeting according to SOP
  • Deliver excellence customer satisfaction
  • Maintained Quality, Service & Cleanliness standard
  • Follow ALL SOPs, Halal and GMP compliance
  • To promote new marketing promotion
  • Act as a coach and buddy to crew member related to the basic service and kitchen sop training
  • Adhere to Cash Management and Policy
