- In-charge of Floor Management coordinating People, Equipment, Product
- Execute customer service hospitality from open greeting to closed greeting according to SOP
- Deliver excellence customer satisfaction
- Maintained Quality, Service & Cleanliness standard
- Follow ALL SOPs, Halal and GMP compliance
- To promote new marketing promotion
- Act as a coach and buddy to crew member related to the basic service and kitchen sop training
- Adhere to Cash Management and Policy
