Full job description
The F&B Manager oversees the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. The role also manages associate performance and training, supports menu planning, and drives continuous improvement in outlet operations and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring service and cleanliness standards are consistently maintained.
- Manage associates, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance development.
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost control to support efficient outlet operations.
- Assist with menu planning and coordinate with the kitchen to maintain quality and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints, driving improvements in service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor outlet performance, prepare reports, and work towards achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and support promotional activities to enhance outlet performance and guest engagement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
