Full job description

We are looking for individuals with leadership skills and good sense of teamwork who are also enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage all F&B and day-today operations according to our SOP.
  • Manage all restaurant staff in terms of attendance, training and performance.
  • Monitor quality of food and drinks, customer service and overall hygiene.
  • Identify customer’s needs and respond tactfully to their concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and service.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to establish targets and address issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Propose necessary improvements and any marketing ideas to management.
  • Involve in interviewing and hiring staff.
  • Promptly inform management of any ad-hoc unresolved issues.
  • Report to management regarding sales results, productivity, food wastages and any other issues.

Job requirements:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the F&B industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Required languages (written and spoken): Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Malaysian citizen or PR of Malaysia
