Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant outlets within the assigned region.
  • Monitor outlet sales, profitability, and operational performance to achieve company targets.
  • Ensure all outlets comply with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits, inspections, and operational audits.
  • Recruit, coach, train outlet employees.
  • Monitor employee attendance, discipline, grooming, and overall performance.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, wastage, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure proper cash handling procedures and financial controls are followed.
  • Analyze sales reports, labour costs, food costs, and other operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate new outlet openings, outlet renovations, and operational projects.
  • Work closely with the HR, Finance, Marketing, and Procurement departments to support business operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or retail operations.
  • Experience managing multiple outlets is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel frequently between outlets.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Required)
