DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Outlet Operations & Compliance

• Monitor and support outlet operations to ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular outlet visits, audits, and operational evaluations.
• Identity operational challenges and implement corrective measures in a timely manner.
• Ensure all outlets comply with statutory and company regulatory requirements.

2. People Development & Performance Management

• Coach and mentor Cafe Managers and outlet staff to strenghten operational capabilities and leadership skills.
• Lead performance reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with HR to identity training needs and facilitate learning programs.
• Support manpower planning, recruitment, and retention strategies for assigned outlets.

3. Business & Financial Performance

• Drive sales and profitability by monitoring outlet performance, analyzing sales data, and identifying business opportunities.
• Ensure proper cost control, budgeting, and inventory management across outlets.
• Collaborate with Café Managers to execute local marketing strategies to improve footfall and revenue.
• Participate in monthly business review meetings with Management.

4. Brand Representation & Customer Service

• Champion the Dome brand and ensure consistency in customer experience across all locations.
• Set the example for service leadership by role-modelling brand values and customer engagement practices.
• Handle escalated customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Review customer feedback and propose initiatives to improve service delivery.

5. Communication & Reporting

• Serve as the communication bridge between outlets and the F&B Division.
• Provide timely updates and reports to Management on outlet performance, staffing issues, and operational concerns.
• Support roll-out of new initiatives, campaigns and corporate communication to the outlets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in F&B or retail operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges
• Willing to travel between outlets within Klang Valley
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
