Full job description
- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing schedules
- Keeping track of employees’ hours
- Oversee daily production and staffing, report to the Restaurant Manager.
- Assist on monthly stock count and report to the Manager.
- Demonstrates and help maintain high levels of services.
- Assisting Restaurant Manger in daily tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years for Supervisor / 5 years for assistant manager working experience in either fast food chain, restaurant or a catering company.
- Able to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Verbal and Written)
- Possess exceptional PR skills
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
