POSITION: Restaurant Outlet Manager/Asst. Outlet Manager/Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Monitor staff performance and productivity, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Assist the Outlet Manager in meeting sales targets and profitability goals.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Manage stock control and ordering, ensuring sufficient inventory while minimizing wastage.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to maintain quality standards.
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning.
Requirements:
- Experience in food & beverage supervision.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and cost management.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
