Full job description

Responsible for providing efficient and friendly dining service, including:

  • Greet customers and escort them to their tables
  • Present menus, explain menu items, and answer customer questions
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
  • Check on customers’ needs and ensure a pleasant dining experience
  • Clear and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Process customer bills and handle payments accurately
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service
  • Restock dining supplies and maintain an organized service area
  • Perform other duties related to waiter and service crew operations as required

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
