Full job description

We are hiring Service Crew position for our outlets in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.

Locations: Sunway 163 Mall (Mont Kiara), Pavilion Damansara (Damansara), Mid Valley Megamall (Kuala Lumpur), Pavilion Kuala Lumpur (Bukit Bintang), Sunway Velocity Mall (Cheras) , Bukit Kuala Lumpur (Desa Petaling) & IOI City Mall (Putrajaya).

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Service Crew is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Responsible to host and serve all guests, ensuring they have an exceptional drinking & dining experience. creating lasting memories and building relationships. You will bring our restaurant concepts to life by using your personal flair and style when interacting with our guests. Minimum 1 year work experience in F&B. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must. (Fresh graduate are welcome)

Additional benefits include:

- Allowance Attendance RM 100 ( for a full working month )
