What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and serve high-quality burgers, carefully cooked, assembled, and presented in line with myBurgerLab standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable experience for every customer.
• Take customer orders confidently, engage in friendly conversations, and offer thoughtful menu recommendations.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality, food safety, and hygiene.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation using checklists, timers, and thermometers as part of daily operations.
• Remain calm, flexible, and focused during peak periods while working closely with the team to deliver great service.

What We’re Looking For

• Can communicate in English and Malay (Mandarin or Tamil is a plus!).
• SPM leavers and students are encouraged to apply! No experience needed, we’ll train you!
• High sense of urgency, punctuality, and responsibility.
• Friendly, cheerful, and positive attitude. We love team players!
• Able to work on weekdays, and also available on weekends or public holidays when needed.
• Open to Malaysians only.
