• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Recommend menu items and upsell promotions when appropriate.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well-prepared.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth operations.
• Guide and support junior servers during daily operations.
• Assist in leading the team when the Captain is unavailable.
• Maintain accurate order taking and billing.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

Qualification:
- Diploma in Hospitality or certificate in any related field.
- 1-2 years experiences in F&B service team/front-of-house.
- Able to work shifts, during weekends & public holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language proficiency:
* English (Required)
* Malay (Required)
* Chinese (Preferred)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
