JOB DESCRIPTION :

Customer Service

• Greet and serve customers politely and efficiently.
• Take orders accurately (dine-in & takeaway).
• Handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Attend to customer requests and resolve minor complaints.

Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare food and beverage according to SOP.
• Assist kitchen team in food plating and portioning (if assigned).
• Maintain product quality and consistency.

Outlet Cleanliness

• Clean tables, floor, and working areas before, during, and after shifts.
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are always met.

Team Support

• Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth outlet operation.
• Follow instructions from supervisor/manager promptly.
• Help with restocking, setup, and end-of-day closing tasks.

Compliance

• Follow all company SOPs including grooming, hygiene, and safety.
• Adhere to outlet rules, shift schedule, and attendance requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

Education:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in F&B, Hospitality, Business Management, or equivalent.

Experience:

• No experience required – training will be provided.
• Experience in café/restaurant/F&B service is an added advantage.

Skills Required:

• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Melayu or English
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented
• Able to work in a team and under minimal supervision
• Willing to learn and follow SOP

Others

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Punctual and committed to assigned schedule
• Willing to be transferred/placed at any outlet if needed

BENEFITS :

• Basic salary range from RM1,700 based on experience.
• Travelling allowance RM300 per month
• Performance incentive
• Medical outpatient include dental RM800 per year

WORKING HOUR :

45 hours on six-day work week basis. The working hours, schedules and rest days for the outlet employees will be arranged and determined by the Outlet Head on a roster basis in accordance with the Company’s operational policies.

OldTown White Coffee (Lot N11 Aeromall, Johor Bahru Senai International Airport, Airport, 81250 Senai, Johor)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
