Senior Tearista (RM 2200- RM 2800)

• Age : 20 - 30 years old
• Minimum SPM and above
• Minimum 2 years of F&B Retail experience
• Minimum 2 Years of Tearista/Barista experience
• Have Training Certificate is advantage

Junior Tearista (RM 1800-RM 2200)

• Age : 18 - 25 years old
• Minimum SPM academic level
• Have experience in F&B retail is advantage
• No experience but have willing to learn and commit

JOBSCOPE:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Clear and clean tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations.
• Handle takeaway and delivery orders (if applicable).
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Support cashier duties, such as handling payment transactions.
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup and stock checks.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and company SOPs at all times.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist in opening and closing duties (e.g. setting tables, polishing cutlery).
• Process payments (cash, credit cards, e-wallets) and issue receipts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good health record
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Efficient and friendly customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team and remain calm during busy periods and peak hours
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Willing to undergo Typhoid vaccination and a food handling course
