POSITION: Restaurant Outlet Manager/Asst. Outlet Manager/Supervisor/Leader/Senior Crew

Outlet Location : City Junction, Penang

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
  • Monitor staff performance and productivity, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Assist the Outlet Manager in meeting sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.
  • Manage stock control and ordering, ensuring sufficient inventory while minimizing wastage.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to maintain quality standards.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning.

Requirements:

  • Experience in food & beverage supervision.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and cost management.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
