About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations across our restaurant, costume rental shop, and upcoming Funland project. This is a dynamic role requiring strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple business units simultaneously.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the pre-opening and launch of Funland, including operational setup, manpower planning, SOP development, training, and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Unit Operations: Oversee daily operations across restaurant, costume rental shop, and Funland project.
• Restaurant Management: Ensure service quality, hygiene, manpower efficiency, inventory control, and cost optimization.
• Retail Oversight: Manage bookings, rental processes, customer service, inventory, and maintenance.
• Pre-Opening Leadership: Lead operational planning, setup, and launch of Funland.
• SOP Development: Create and implement workflows, checklists, and operational standards.
• Manpower Planning: Oversee scheduling, staff performance, training, and discipline.
• Cost & Inventory Control: Monitor expenses, wastage, and productivity.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, hygiene standards, and regulations.
• Customer Service: Handle complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and implement solutions to boost efficiency and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management or similar leadership role.
• Background in F&B, hospitality, retail, entertainment, or lifestyle industries preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple business units/outlets.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Solid knowledge of SOPs, manpower planning, inventory, cost control, and customer service.
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays and extended hours when required.
• Candidates with pre-opening/new business launch experience will be highly prioritized.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
