> About the Job

1. Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential clients in the travel and tourism sector.
• Proactively explore new market opportunities
• Understand client business needs and recommend suitable solutions. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on client needs.
• Product Demo on ERP and AI solutions and conduct users onboarding training work.
• Convert leads into paying customers through consultative selling
• Participate and support company marketing initiatives in events, roadshows, and partnerships
• Meet or exceed sales KPI targets.

2. Customer Support & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Act as the main point of contact on customer sales and onboarding inquiries
• Ensure client satisfaction and smooth adoption of the system. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and/or complaints in timely manner.
• Gather customer feedback to improve product and service quality.

3. Sales Administration

• Prepare quotations, monthly reports, maintain accurate CRM databases
• Customer monthly Billing & Payment Collection monitoring.

> Job Requirements:

• This position is opened for Malaysia citizen only.
• This position is required to report to office located at Solaris Dutamas/Mont Kiara KL.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Junior Executive with prior experience in sales, customer service, or travel industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
• Proficiency in using Business WhatsApp, CRM tools, and office software.
• Required language(s): Primary in Chinese, English.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
