Full job description
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Company's Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, safety audits, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian occupational safety, health, environmental, and fire safety regulations, including statutory documentation and reporting.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor environmental compliance, including scheduled waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
- Organize SHE training, safety awareness programmes, emergency drills, and promote a positive safety culture.
- Coordinate Safety & Health Committee activities, internal/external audits, and support regulatory inspections.
- Collaborate with QA and Operations to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety requirements from a SHE perspective.
- Maintain SHE documentation, performance reports, KPI dashboards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide SHE support for new projects, business continuity planning, and other assignments as required by Management.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
