Company Background:

We are representing a well-established and reputable company in the recycling industry. As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organized Office Admin to join the team and support daily administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact between the office and yard.
  • Coordinate staff arrangements to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Arrange logistics and prepare shipping documents when required.
  • Prepare and maintain project and safety documents.
  • Assist with basic HR tasks, including staff records and training arrangements.
  • Check and reply to office emails promptly.
  • Prepare sales invoices and other administrative documents.
  • Manage office supplies and stationery.
  • Provide administrative support to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Malay is an advantage).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work well in a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Saturday | 8:30am – 12:00pm

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
