Company Background:
We are representing a well-established and reputable company in the recycling industry. As the company continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and organized Office Admin to join the team and support daily administrative operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact between the office and yard.
- Coordinate staff arrangements to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Arrange logistics and prepare shipping documents when required.
- Prepare and maintain project and safety documents.
- Assist with basic HR tasks, including staff records and training arrangements.
- Check and reply to office emails promptly.
- Prepare sales invoices and other administrative documents.
- Manage office supplies and stationery.
- Provide administrative support to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Malay is an advantage).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Saturday | 8:30am – 12:00pm
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
