Job Description

• Receive customers’ enquiries (walk-in or via telephone) and provide the information required.
• Providing clear directions of Hospital’s facilities to customer upon inquiry.
• Handling customer/patients’ queries and providing clear explanations and information.
• Assisting patients by directing the customers to the respective departments and/or consultants’ clinic.
• Triaging /understanding patients’ medical condition so as to be able to provide correct/appropriate referral to the consultants.
• Provide personalized attention to customers especially to customers who face any difficulty in hospital.
• Ensuring that all customer enquiries and concern are promptly looked at and addressed appropriately.
• Being sensitive to the patients’ state of emotions and to be attentive and compassionate when attending to patients.
• Complying with the basic customer service courtesy protocol – greetings, smile and eye contact and to address customers appropriately.
• Perform ward rounds & courtesy telephone survey assigned by Manager.
• Conduct survey rounds within the hospital assigned by Manager .
• Maintaining customers’/patients’ confidentiality and discreteness at all times

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma or Degree or Customer Service related or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 year of working experience in similar role in healthcare industry with direct contact with patients/customer.
• Must be proficient in verbal and written English.
• Good listener, interpersonal, problem solving & communication skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Confident to liaise with people at all levels.
• Willing to be on half day Saturday.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
