Role

Summary Job Description

Restaurant / Outlet Crew

Provide excellent customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, support daily outlet operations and follow SOP.

Waiter / Server

Welcome customers, take food and beverage orders, serve meals, handle customer requests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Cashier

Handle POS transactions, receive payments, issue receipts, manage cash accurately and provide friendly customer service.

Barista / Beverage Crew

Prepare coffee, beverages and drinks according to recipes and standards, maintain beverage station cleanliness and ensure product quality.

Kitchen Crew

Prepare ingredients, cook and assemble food according to recipes, maintain food quality, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.

Commis / Cook

Assist with food preparation and cooking, follow recipes and portion standards, maintain food safety and support kitchen operations.

Senior Crew

Lead daily floor operations, assist with staff coordination, monitor service standards and support supervisors in achieving outlet targets.

Shift Leader / Team Leader

Supervise staff during assigned shifts, manage customer service, monitor food quality, cash handling, cleanliness and ensure SOP compliance.

Supervisor

Manage daily outlet operations, staff deployment, customer service, stock control, cash management, hygiene and operational standards.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
