Apa Tugas Anda?
- Sambut pelanggan dengan mesra & pastikan pesanan mereka dilayan dengan cepat
- Buat mis-en-place setiap hari — semua pinggan, gelas & peralatan ready untuk operasi
- Ikut SOP & pastikan kualiti servis + kebersihan tip top
- Support team supaya operasi smooth tanpa masalah
- Bantu Supervisor capai target jualan & elak kerugian
- Pastikan semua peralatan depan house sentiasa baik & selamat digunakan
- Peka dengan isu → bagi feedback & follow up sampai selesai
- Monitor stok + bantu order produk supaya kualiti sentiasa terjaga
- Sedia lakukan tugasan lain bila diperlukan oleh Management
Kelayakan Yang Kami Cari
- Minimum SPM/Diploma (pengalaman customer service = bonus point)
- Personaliti mesra, suka berinteraksi & ada communication skills yang baik
- Boleh kerja dalam team tapi juga independent bila perlu
- Rajin, cepat belajar & ikut SOP
- Ada positive attitude & professional bila berhadapan dengan pelanggan
