• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Job Descriptions

• Receive and verify invoices in the system, ensuring correct item locations, prices, and quantities.
• Monitor and report any short-supplied or rejected items within the specified deadlines.
• Notify management when suppliers fail to turn up.
• Prepare invoice lists and attach the relevant purchase orders.
• File all documents in shared folders.
• Prepare inter-branch or location transfer documents.
• Process inter-branch receipts in the system.
• Issue invoices based on requests from the Material Planner.
• Maintain organized documentation through scanning and filing.
• Prepare and update attendance records for the Material Planner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
