Full job description

Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Provide professional service and basic advice on health, wellness, and beauty products to customers
  • Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications and performing related tasks
  • Attend to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, helping them identify and purchase suitable products
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner and perform suggestive selling / upselling
  • Ensure product display and visibility are in accordance with merchandising and inventory guidelines
  • Monitor and manage inventory, including stock levels and expired products
  • Ensure product availability at all times and recommend alternatives when necessary
  • Stay updated on current promotions, campaigns, and in-store displays
  • Assist in goods receiving, stock replenishment, and stock take activities
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store at all times
  • Perform cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
