We're Hiring | Service Delivery Manager (IT Service Desk)

Location: Kuala Lumpur / Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end IT Service Desk operations.
  • Manage 300+ FTEs while ensuring SLA, KPI, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive operational excellence using ITIL, Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • Manage client relationships, business reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • 10+ years of ITES/Service Desk Operations experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of P&L management experience.
  • Strong leadership in managing large-scale, multi-site Service Desk operations.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and analytical skills.
  • Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur/Cyberjaya.
