Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on PDI / Workshop Manager to lead our vehicle preparation and Pre-Delivery Inspection operations. The role is responsible for ensuring that commercial vehicles meet the required quality, safety, technical, manufacturer, and regulatory standards before delivery to customers.

You will lead the PDI team, oversee vehicle compound operations, coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Service teams, manage external vendors, and drive continuous improvements in quality, productivity, efficiency, safety and delivery performance.

This is a key operational role with direct impact on vehicle quality, customer satisfaction and timely vehicle delivery. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, automotive technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workshop/PDI environment.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
