Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• ITIL Foundation/Intermediate certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Service Delivery, Managed Services, IT Operations, Customer Success, Technical Operations, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing enterprise customers and complex service environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and customer engagement capabilities.
• Experience in leading Managed Services, Network Operations Center (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC), Service Desk, or IT Operations teams is highly preferred.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end service delivery operations to ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA), Operational Level Agreements (OLA), and customer expectations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for service delivery issues, operational risks, and critical service disruptions.
• Manage and coach Service Operations teams, ensuring consistent service quality, performance, and operational excellence.
• Establish and continuously improve service management processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Drive service reviews, operational governance meetings, and performance reporting with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
