About this Team

What's the team function?

Customer Experience team is responsible for:

• Leaving an incomparably WOW impression to the customers that support DASHER
• Assisting customers inquiries & serve them at the best service live chat experience they ever have
• Serving customer

What's your role?

Attend to live chat enquiry received from Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, TikTok

• Providing prompt, accurate & courteous responses to customers
• Assisting to solve customers' routine & problems
• Clear communication with customers, as well as empathetic & professional manner
• Developing DASHER product knowledges & services to assist customers and provide relevant information
• Attending inquiry received in 中文

What's the skill required?

• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
• Good command (both spoken and written) in English, Bahasa Malaysia and 中文
• Typing speed with 40 words or above per minute
• Able to commute to Setia Avenue, Setia Alam
• Able to work on shift rotation basis (currently we have two shifts: day shift (8am to 5pm) and night shift ( 3pm to 12am)

Who's there to support you?

Do not worry! Everything starts with a training where your senior will guide you through our products information and internal communication process flow.

After the onboard training session, you will be guided by your team lead starting the day-one you are on-ground, you're not doing this alone! He will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters.

You will be involved into various internal sharing session about latest info on new product launching and marketing promotion related news update.
