Full job description
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures and policies
- Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues
- Analysing data and producing detailed reports to track and monitor quality metrics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems
- Providing training and guidance to employees on quality best practices
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards
- Continuously looking for ways to optimise and improve quality assurance processes
What we're looking for
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality assurance role
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify root causes
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma
- Proficiency in using quality-related software and tools
