Role Overview

As a Full Stack Software Developer, you'll be a core part of our development team, helping design, build, test, and maintain high-quality products from the ground up.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to ship scalable, efficient solutions for our clients. It's a hands-on role across the entire development life cycle — a brilliant opportunity to work on genuinely interesting projects and grow your technical depth quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build great software — Design, code, and debug applications using modern languages and frameworks, turning user requirements into clean, maintainable software.
• Make it better — Continuously improve existing products — spotting opportunities to boost performance, usability, and the overall user experience.
• Work as a team — Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and share knowledge, and take part in code reviews with constructive, generous feedback.
• Keep quality high — Test and debug rigorously to catch defects early, applying best practices so our software meets a high quality bar.
• Document the work — Create and maintain clear technical documentation — design specs, user guides, and system docs that keep the team moving.
• Push things forward — Stay current with industry trends and tooling, and bring fresh ideas to how we build — including how we get the most out of AI coding tools.
• Help us deliver — Contribute to planning and estimation, and hit project deadlines and milestones without compromising on code quality.

Requirements and Skills

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent hands-on experience are equally welcome.
• Working knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and ReactJS / JavaScript. Familiarity with popular frameworks and libraries is a plus.
• Comfort with databases, version control systems, and software testing tools.
• Some proven experience as a software developer or in a closely related role — anything that shows you can build real applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for tackling tricky development challenges.
• Clear written and verbal communication — you can explain technical ideas to non-technical people.
• A collaborative, adaptable, positive teammate who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine appetite for learning new technologies and improving how things are done.

Bonus Points: AI-Assisted Development

We use Claude Code heavily across our workflow, so experience building with AI coding tools is highly appreciated. If you've used Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar assistants to write, review, or debug code — or you're simply excited to — tell us about it. We're looking for developers who treat AI as a force multiplier and know how to pair it with solid engineering judgement.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
