Compliance Internship Programme 2026

Trust is at the heart of banking. Our Compliance teams help ensure we do business in the right way, supporting the Bank to meet regulatory requirements, protect clients and uphold the highest standards across our global network.

As a Compliance Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues to understand how a global bank navigates changing regulations, manages risk and maintains the highest standards of conduct. Whether you’re supporting regulatory initiatives, financial crime prevention, government activities or strategic projects, you’ll gain exposure to real work and see first-hand how compliance enables sustainable growth and long-term success.
