Job requirements

• Provide excellent customer service at the reception counter, ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Perform clerical and office administrative duties to support the efficient operation of radiology services.
• Provide assistance in the ultrasound room, including preparing the room and assisting with patient flow during ultrasound examinations.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety of all patient records within the radiology department.
• Coordinate patient flow within the radiology department, guiding patients for diagnostic tests or further investigations when necessary.
• Ensure appropriate forms such as lab forms, charge forms etc are filled up as ordered by Doctor and checked correct patient identifications as per hospital policy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• SPM graduate
• Has experience in similar or other administrative or hospitality type of jobs.
• Interact respectfully with patients, including those with impaired cognition.
• Good verbal and written English language and Bahasa Malaysia, sufficient to perform required tasks. Multi- lingual will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
