Clinic Assistant – O&G Clinic (Fertility)

Contract Position – 3 Months

Job Description

• Handling, tracing and tracking medical records of patient in clinic to/from the Medical Record Department/counter prior/after the clinic session
• Take and record height and weight, temperature/ blood pressure or urine dipsticks of patients in the Outpatient notes.
• Coordinate patient to other departments for diagnostic tests, lab investigations or admission if necessary.
• Chaperon doctor on clinical treatments or procedure.
• Ensure appropriate forms such as lab forms, charge forms etc are filled up as ordered by Doctor and checked correct patient identifications as per hospital policy.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety of all patients’ records

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Experience in a similar role, administrative, healthcare, or hospitality-related position is an advantage.
• Able to work 5.5 days per week and follow clinic operating hours (Mon – Fri : 8:30 am – 5:00 pm & Sat : 8:30 am – 1 pm, Sun & PH : Closed)
• Able to comply with uniform policy (i.e: no visible tattoos, elbow-length sleeve uniform)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Multilingual candidates will have an added advantage.
• Available to start immediately.
• Willing to commit to a 3-month contract.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
