Full job description

We are seeking a commercially driven ,financially strong and operationally disciplined Head of Food & Beverage to lead the food and beverage operations of our catering subsidiaries within a Malaysian public listed group.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, service quality, food safety, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and governance compliance across the company’s catering and food service business.

The role requires a leader who can balance commercial ambition with strong internal controls, brand reputation, food safety standards and public-listed-company governance expectations.

As part of a public listed group, the role must support the company’s governance, risk management, and internal control framework. This includes maintaining proper documentation, ensuring procurement and approval controls are followed, supporting audit requirements, escalating material risks, and promoting ethical business conduct. Bursa Malaysia’s risk management and internal control guidance expects listed issuers to maintain sound systems of risk management and internal control and senior management roles should support those controls operationally.

The Head of F&B will work closely with Group Management, Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit and the Board Committees where required.

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Food & Beverage will provide strategic, financial and operational leadership for all catering and F&B activities, ensuring that the business delivers consistent quality, sustainable profitability and long-term growth.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing the F&B business plan, including revenue targets, gross profit targets, EBITDA contribution, margin improvement, customer retention, new business opportunities and operational excellence initiatives.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
