We are looking for an Operation Executive to coordinate and monitor daily haulage operations, ensuring the timely movement of import and export containers. The role includes planning drivers' schedules, coordinating with customers, managing port and depot bookings, and maintaining accurate operational records.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily job schedules to drivers based on operational requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor import and export haulage operations to ensure timely delivery and collection of containers.
• Check and monitor port systems for container status, vessel schedules, and operational updates.
• Perform bookings through port and depot systems.
• Create and open transport job orders in the SysFreight system.
• Verify job requirements and ensure all necessary operational documents are complete before execution.
• Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules, cargo collections, and shipment updates.
• Prepare and update daily operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments, ports, depots, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor job progress and promptly escalate operational issues or delays when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities and system updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and port regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, haulage, transportation, or freight forwarding is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of import and export operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
