TEALIVE – NOW HIRING (FULL-TIME CREW)

Location: Tealive Mydin Bukit Mertajam
Position: Tealive Crew (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

• Greet and welcome every customer with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take orders accurately and provide product recommendations.
• Promote and upsell Tealive products.

2. Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve beverages according to Tealive’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ensure all drinks meet Tealive’s quality standards.

3. Kitchen ; Tea & Topping Preparation

• Brew tea & prepare toppings according to SOP and timing.
• Ensure tea & toppings are fresh, properly labelled, and stored.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen/topping preparation area.

4. Outlet Operations

• Perform cleaning duties, restocking, and maintain overall outlet hygiene.
• Support daily operations for smooth and efficient service.

5. Product Knowledge

• Understand and explain menu items to customers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM / O-Level.
• SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in F&B is an advantage but not required (training provided at same outlet).
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends & public holidays.
• Willing to work overtime if needed.
• Full-time position only; must be able to commit long-term.
