Full job description

Industry: Trading industry
Location: TRX (reachable by MRT)
Working day: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Position: 1 year contract
Benefits: 16 days AL, 14 days MC, medical outpatient and insurance coverage

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute trade booking and allocation activities across global financial markets, including the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions.
  • Review and validate trade details, including trade dates, settlement dates, quantities, commissions, and foreign exchange rates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate and distribute trade confirmations to clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Perform reconciliation of broker confirmations against internal records and investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate trade capture.
  • Maintain and update trade contracts and transaction records within internal systems such as Fidessa, NOVA, and DTCC.
  • Collaborate closely with traders, brokers, and settlement teams to facilitate smooth and accurate trade processing.
  • Prepare and consolidate operational and trading reports for regional offices across Hong Kong, Malaysia, and the United States.
  • Process trade amendments, cancellations, and rebookings in accordance with client instructions and operational requirements.
  • Support contract issuance, risk file management, and foreign exchange rate updates to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist with CTM matching and settlement preparation activities to ensure timely and accurate trade settlement.
  • Respond to client and internal inquiries related to trade operations, providing prompt resolution and support.
  • Conduct daily trade reconciliations and end-of-day control checks to maintain operational integrity and minimize risk.
