WHO WE ARE

PasXcel is a fully-remote Cambridge IGCSE school — structured, professional, and built for serious teachers.

We're hiring Lower Secondary teachers (Years 7–9) for the following subjects:

  • Malay
  • Science
  • English as a Second/Foreign Language (EFL/ESL)
  • Mathematics

You can apply for one subject or more. Teachers who can cover two subjects will be prioritised.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Teach Lower Secondary students (Years 7–9) in small groups
  • Conduct 4–6 hours/day of live online lessons via Google Meet
  • Use pre-designed lesson materials, LMS, and SOPs (no need to reinvent the wheel)
  • Mark homework weekly, with clear rubrics and support
  • Track student progress on our internal platform
  • Attend 1–2 short team meetings weekly (max 1 hour total)

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years teaching your subject(s) at Lower Secondary level (school or tuition)
  • Solid understanding of the Cambridge Lower Secondary / IGCSE curriculum
  • Fluent spoken and written English (and fluent Malay for Malay teachers)
  • Reliable laptop and internet connection (non-negotiable)
