VCR Pyramid (Sunway Pyramid Mall)

Position: Part-Time Barista

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Barista / Service Crew to join our team at VCR Pyramid (Sunway Pyramid Mall). As part of our Front of House (FOH) crew, you’ll play a key role in creating an excellent customer experience while ensuring smooth daily operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and greet customers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide friendly, attentive service and assist customers whenever needed.
  • Check in with customers to ensure they’re enjoying their meals, drinks, and overall experience.
  • Learn and understand the menu, company products, and coffee knowledge.
  • Complete daily assigned tasks with cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
  • Support the team by helping colleagues when possible and sharing knowledge.
  • Stay adaptable and proactive in handling new tasks or unexpected situations.
  • Maintain professionalism—be punctual, responsible, and communicate in advance for emergencies.
  • Take care of yourself to stay focused, energized, and present during shifts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for coffee, food, and customer service.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality are a must.
  • Prior F&B experience is a bonus but not required.
