Full job description

Locum Housecall Doctor (Klang Valley / JB/ Penang / Ipoh)

Flexible | RM150 Base Per Case + Procedure Incentives

We are expanding our housecall medical team and seeking locum doctors to provide professional home visit services across Klang Valley (majority of cases in Kuala Lumpur).

Service Hours

  • Cases are scheduled between 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM daily
  • Cases will be posted in a WhatsApp group
  • Doctors may accept cases based on availability
  • No minimum commitment required

Fully flexible — take cases when you are free.

Role Responsibilities

  • Attend patients at homes, hotels, or offices
  • Conduct consultation, examination, and management
  • Perform procedures when required (IV therapy, injections, minor procedures, etc.)
  • Complete basic documentation after each case

All medical equipment and medications are prepared and brought by trained runners/assistants.
Doctors only need to attend and provide clinical care.

Remuneration

  • RM150 base rate per case
  • Additional incentives for procedures
  • Payment per completed case
  • Potential for higher earnings depending on case volume and procedures performed
  • Case volume per day (3-5 cases)

Coverage Area

  • Klang Valley
  • Majority of cases in Kuala Lumpur

Requirements

  • Fully registered with MMC
  • Valid APC
  • Able to manage acute GP cases independently
  • Comfortable with common GP procedures
  • Professional communication and bedside manner

Experience in primary care, emergency, or house-call practice is an advantage.
