Job Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during consultations and basic procedures
• Register patients and manage front desk duties
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness at all times
• Perform basic clinical tasks (e.g. taking vital signs, assisting with blood taking when required)
• Handle and prepare laboratory samples, ensuring timely dispatch
• Manage clinic inventory, stock, and supplies
• Attend to patient enquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp) in a professional manner
• Support daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field preferred
• Prior experience in clinic / healthcare setting is an advantage
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Good communication skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus)
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship, Contract

Pay: RM10.00 - RM12.00 per hour
