Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer to join a dynamic technology team supporting enterprise-level digital transformation projects. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about software quality assurance and have experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements
- Perform both manual and automated testing to validate application functionality
- Execute various testing activities including regression, integration, performance, security, and load testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure software releases meet quality standards before deployment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps environments
- Hands-on experience with defect management tools such as Jira and Zephyr
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in both manual and automated testing is an advantage
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
